Smart Partnerships Campaign

The CARPOOL endowment has allowed for various local establishments to begin supporting CARPOOL’s efforts financially. This campaign gives bars and clubs through out Bryan/College Station the opportunity to show appreciation for CARPOOL’s consistent effort in facilitating responsible decision-making. The following community businesses have pledged to support the CARPOOL endowment through our responsible choice campaign.

The Slovacek Challenge

One of CARPOOL’s biggest sponsors, Slovacek Sausage Co., has also been there for the organization since the beginning. Their consistent support has proved to establish a mutually beneficial relationship that will last well into the future. Currently, Slovacek Sausage has initiated a challenge for the community that will encourage more support of our safe ride program and network. Slovacek has committed to establish a named endowment for our benefit, the Slovacek CARPOOL Endowment fund, with an initial $25,000 contribution. Additionally, Slovacek pledges to contribute an additional $25,000 if we can spur a “matched” $25,000 cumulative contribution from third parties. Your participation in this challenge will help secure $75,000 for the CARPOOL endowment efforts.

Swing for the Rides 2nd Annual Golf Tournament

Last year CARPOOL established a new tradition to help the future of our organization. We are pleased to bring back to you CARPOOL'S Swing for the Rides golf tournament on the morning of Sunday, April 19th, 2009.

The tournament will be held at Pebble Creek Golf Course.

This tournament will be played as a 4-person scramble, and entrance fees include breakfast, lunch, and a goodie bag. All you need are your clubs! Online payment is also available.

You can also support our tournament via sponsorship opportunities and prize donation. Options are available to sponsor a hole, a contest (via prize donations), or a certain facet of the tournament (i.e. breakfast, drinks, signs, etc).

Every supporter of the tournament will receive recognition at the tournament, but the amount of PR for your establishment increases at higher sponsor/donor levels. The highest sponsor levels even provide your business or organization with a 4-person team on the day of the tournament. Please review the sponsor packet below for more information on CARPOOL and the specifics behind each sponsor level to see which support package better meets your needs.
