Lost an item while using our services?
If you lost an item while using our services over the weekend, or while at a CARPOOL event, please read the guidelines below and fill out the following webform:
- If you have the car number, please include this. This information can be found on the receipt you received at the end of your ride. THIS IS NOT REQUIRED! So if you don't have it, don't worry.
- If you lost the item on Thursday, Friday or Saturday we will keep the item until the first Monday after the weekend at 5:00 pm.
- On Monday at 5:00 pm we will then transfer the item to MSC Hospitality (the on-campus lost and found). More information can be found here.
